Pff it's the holidays and I only have a week left and I'm drawing instead of doing homework....

In the build up to this, I had, well, over 12 sketches/ideas, many of which I had thought out a lot (so I like to think).

And which did I end up choosing? All that time? Well, none of them. I decided on this idea at th last minute and went ahead.

Huh..

All the time, I don't do the ideas I've though about. Just what I ended up feeling like, made up at the last minute. Maybe I should stop planning. We'll see.

So this is procrastination, I mean, I don't what I'm doing right in the middle of exams. Really.

Not so artistically dead...

Speed Paint (in a way)

I decided to do a speed paint (less than two hours), 'painting' as much as I could. The result...good, I guess for the time frame.

--actually Orophin Frost's (at Gaia) character named Seika. These refs were sent to me as part of a commission, which I eventually canceled. As can be seen in the speed paint, I changed the colour of the head-clothing thing, lengthened the shirt and shorts and shortened the boots/shoes. And does not look remotely like the girl in ref 2.
